TCP/IP protocol

TCP/IP protocol is a dynamic way to display texts or images using Live Manager program.

In order to follow all the access possibilities of some data using TCP/IP protocol you must consider 4 types of files: 2Dtext, 3D text, image items and smiley items.

2D text: In the Items window, by using the 2D button, add a text file then click on Live Manager.

In the 2D column the text displayed can be used in the OnAir mode with the Play button.

3D text: The same as the 2D text but choosing the 3D text button.

Image: Create an image item (click on image button) and select an image from your computer.

Click on TCP/IP button, then in Project -> Properties you have the Image Directory box where you can select the folder containing the images you want to be displayed OnAir.

Now, in Live Manager program, in the "Picture" column you can select any of your images and put it OnAir.

For Smiley follow the instructions from SMILEY SUPPORT in order to create a .sml file.

Create a 2D text item then click on TCP/IP button.

Using the alias from the .sml file you put OnAir the images or sequence of images loaded there.
