The flickering is a problem that appears for Live interlaced video or re-sized images.
Antiflickering is an option that prove to be very useful if you are working with images that are dynamically re-sized
and or for re-sized live video.
You can activate the antiflicker option by checking the button that
is situated under the time line area right under the image option area.
In the example you can see the Flicker activated for a lower third.
