This is a very useful option if you are working with Live video that are re-sized.
Because each frame of interlaced video is composed of two fields that are captured at different moments
in time, and when Live video is resized will exhibit motion artifacts known as "interlacing effects".
In order to prevent this problem the application interface allows you to activate deintelacing by checking the Deinterlaced option.
The Antiflicker option is available only for Live items.
