Working with video files in MagicSoft CG 5

The video playout feature allows to display video clips that can be controlled from a playlist control from the Live Manager program. Magicsoft CG allows you to play avi clips as short as 1 second. All resolutions are supported : PAL, NTSC 720p and 1080i with no restriction for size but the frame rate must be the same as the video mode of the CG. The clips may have audio or not but only uncompressed audio is supported. Here is the list of the supported types   - avi DV compression   - avi mjpeg   - avi uncompressed no alpha ch. (24bit)   - avi uncompressed with alpha ch. (32 bit)

There is a dedicated control in Live Manager corresponding to the playout list. Some of the features includes:   - all the necessary commands displaying a clip: play, stop, pause,resume, set next ...   - dinamically changing the playlist by inserting, deleting or reordering the clips   - possibility to choose an event at the end of the clip : follow, stop, pause, park next, loop
