Scheduling actions and events by using Live Manager

The Live manager allows you to schedule the basic actions for a project ( like PLAY, STOP, FFW ) to be planned for execution at specified time

Live Manager automatically loads all the projects from the CG and provides a "Scheduling" entry that is displayed when clicking on "Actions" droplist control

The scheduling window dialog contains a calendar and a time ruler list that allows you to precisely set the time for actions

In order to schedule an action you need to choose a specific day and a specific time (day, hour, minute...)

After that you can double click the time line or right click list menu and choose "New event" in order to set the event and the characteristics of the event

You can customize your event by choosing a description and a command (or a list of commands) to be executed

The event can be set as a spontaneous event ( with a single occurrence) or as a periodic event by checking the "Recurring Event" checkbox

In case of "Recurring Event", after checking the "Recurring Event" checkbox, the "Recurrence pattern" section will be enabled

"Recurrence pattern" section allows you to set the pattern and the range of the recurrence

After setting the events you can see that in the project window that the small clock icon (previously grayed) becomes red indicating that an event was scheduled for the project
